Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority 2-Day. Shipping is always FREE with an order over $50*

Do you make an unscented candle for people that love soy candles but do not desire a fragrance?

Why burn an unscented candle if not for the wonderful aroma?

Many people find that unscented candles come very handy in case of emergencies such as a power outage.

Unscented candles allow for multiple candles to be lit in the house with out the possibility of an overpowering aroma or a mix of aromas which may attribute to headaches.

Some people suffer from allergies, and a natural soy unscented candle is a great way to enjoy a green product without a fragrance. Unscented candles are also wonderful for mood lighting such as during a meal, where you don't want a fragrance to interfere.

What if I need to cancel an order, or recieve a damaged product?

 

Cancellations: Due to the handmade nature of our products, order cancellations can only occur within 24 hours of purchase, and MUST accompany an email to Info@FragrantElegance.com to process.

 

Damaged product: We take precaution to ensure that every product is packaged properly to ship and arrive safely. Should you recieve a damaged product please email us immediatly at Info@FragrantElegance.com. Please notify us within 5 business days from the USPS "Delivered" date concerning your candle.  Include in your email: your Order ID, the candle's scent, and a photo of the unburned candle with the USPS packaging present. We advise you to not throw anything away until you have a new order en route or we have made another arrangement with you. If a replacement candle is provided, it will be the same scent that was originally shipped, unless the scent is no longer available. Please note: Candles that have been lit will not be replaced.
